Delivery Time
We hand-make every piece and shipping times will vary. Unless otherwise stated, pieces will ship out within six weeks from ordering and payment. Some pieces require extra time to create due the complexity of the design or customizations.
Some pieces are in stock, and will be shipped out in 10 business days or less.
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, and takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
Shipping Notification
When your jewelry ships out, we'll send you an email with the UPS tracking# and expected delivery date.
Delivery Charges
The shipping charge for orders shipped to any of the 48 contiguous U.S states is $15. We ship UPS Signature Required, so we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Domestic and International Shipping
At this time, Jason McLeod Jewelry ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Additionally, Jason McLeod Jewelry ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to most other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International
International shipping rates are calculated by UPS . Rates will be calculated and shown at checkout. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Jason McLeod Jewelry is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
